Skintas - How about a parachute jump! I bought one for hubby many years ago - he was gobsmacked! It made him so ill on Christmas Day that we couldn't go to a planned party, but once he realised it was something he had said he wanted to do (a long time ago, yeah us gals have l-o-n-g memories!) he couldn't wait to do it. He so enjoyed it and wanted to have another go. So definitely recommended.0 -

Have you seen those science museum money counters.
Like a big transparent box, you throw your coins in & it automatically goes into the correct compartment. Cost about £20 from argos.
Perhaps it could encourage him to save instead of buying trainers & gold chains!0 -
