They sound like a Loan Broker.

despite lots of references to their Terms and Conditions, I can't find them.

As aLoan broker, they will simply take a fee from you and disappear. If you are doubly unlucky they may carry on taking a Monthly fee.

Does my signature sound similar to your experience?

EDIT: Found them (think I saw them earlier but dismissed it as the T&C's are wooly at best)

They sound like a very reputable company who no doubt provide a sterling service to their clients.

Yep, looks like another [STRIKE]con[/STRIKE] loan broker. The website appears to have been thrown together in five minutes using a template.

I particularly like their Terms & Conditions page. Very short, with a section titled Our Rights. Nothing about the rights that customers have.

Oh, and their home page boasts "We're accepting almost 100% of applicants this month for loans under £50000." Would a reputable lender make such a promise?
  • HALT I SAY!!!!! I have just been BITTEN by these SCOUNDRELS say formerly 7 hours ago - i accepted the fact half an hour ago. It's a long sad story and i surprise myself that i even fell for this, as it did occur to me via 6th sense which i ignored of cours. Their website is full of grammatical and spelling mistakes, and it has this:

"Lets be honest, you could probably do this with two arms tied behind your back. Although don’t let you friends see you tapping your keyboard with your nose."

    Two mistakes and utter crap!

    Brilliant :)
