Hi
i got a referal for pine cone reasearch and it took me to a link to fill in a form which i did. . I filled it in then got an email with a password to do an assement.i clicked the link and did the assement. When i finished the page "timed out" with "Internet explorer cant find this page" . On the email it told me i will get another email soon but this hasnt happend.
so questions.
Is it normal for the page to time out(ive tried reusing the link and it wont let me so i cant redo the assement)
how long until i get an email?

Hi,
I'd send them an e-mail saying you had an issue at the end of the assessment and you want to check if it reached them or not.

That happened to me as well. I clicked the link in the original e-mail to take the assessment again and it told me I'd already completed it so I assumed it went through okay, that was a couple of days ago if I dont here soon I'll try e-mailing.0
