And is only good if you have £12.50 in clubcard vouchers in order to buy the card.

As mentioned in Martin's email this week (15 June 2011), you can download a printable voucher from the Co-op website to get a £5 discount off a £15 iTunes voucher from "one of the participating stores".

WARNING - check first. I did a postcode search of "participating stores" on the Co-op website and came up with a list of seven. I then spent a fruitless hour this afternoon driving around all of these stores only to find the the first five I went to did not stock the vouchers. And I don't just mean they were out of stock, I mean that THEY DO NOT STOCK THEM. My enquiries were met by blank stares from the so-called "sales" assistants.

It was only when I got to the sixth store that I finally spotted them behind the checkouts. I presented my voucher but the sales assistant (1) had no idea that they even stocked them until I pointed them out over her left shoulder (2) had no knowledge of the promotion and (3) had less idea what to do with the voucher so had to call the manager over for assistance. By this time I was fuming!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

I probably spent more that £5 just in petrol chasing the offer down, let alone the cost to my blood pressure, but I had made a promise to the kids to get one so their pocket money can stretch a further on Fathers Day pressies.

An email with flames licking up over the sides has been sent to the Co-op this afteroon.

So, as I say, check first before you visit your local store(s)
