Hi guys
hoping someone can advise:
I worked last year for the same company from may until September then had 3 months off and started with a new company. i have my P60 from the new company however i never received anything from the old company as to my p45 or anything showing how much tax i had paid with them.
Is there an easy way of me finding this out? Stupidly i have no idea where i have put my last pay slip from them and cant find it anywhere!

So i wanted to check how much tax i paid in 2009-2010 to se eif i was due a refund.
Any ideas?

You should have received a P45 when you left the company. All you can do now is write to the old company and ask for a statement of earnings.

What tax code were you on with your new company?

I presume you mean 2010 to 2011. It makes a big difference.

Last May, which you mentioned was in that tax year.
    We are now in 2011/2012
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
