Can I refinance my current Loan
Hi All,
Now I get offer to refinance my mortgage loan. Currently I'm having a 20 year mortgage with 8% interest rate. Right now 12 years completed, and one bank is offering me an refinance for that loan with 7.25% interest rate, Is it worth to go for refinance or continue the same. Thanks in advance

you have forgottten to tell us if there are any early termination fees on your current mortgage
and whether there are any set up fees for the new mortgageEU tariff on agricultual product 12.2%
some dairy products 42.1% cloths 11.4%

Both rates seem very high to me - the best rates are more than half as cheap as those!
