So another two months pass and having drifted away from the site I'm kind of back again, fortunately things have progressed this time.

The emergency savings fund is up by ~£300, the target of £1500 by year end is looking unlikely but it'll be helped by getting a bonus in November, it's currently looking like about £2k before tax etc and I'm thinking a 50/50 split of spending/saving just to keep me sane.

Unfortunately my boiler is playing up and may end up costing me something to fix it, it's just about holding up currently so fingers crossed I get it sorted before it dies and for not too much money!

Other than that not much to report, food and petrol is still coming in below budget each month which is good and I've started recording weekly gas and electric readings so I have an idea of whether my general consumption is going up/down.
    Mortgage Start (08/10) : £96,685
    Mortgage Currently : £94,193
    Daily Interest : At start £10.46 : Now £10.19
    MFD : 08/35

    Emergency Fund £465.05/£3000, 2011 target : £1500
