This may sound silly but does anyone nkow how I can convert PayPal money to cash without withdrawing the money to bank account, like buying cash lol..

The simple answer is you cant. The more complex answer is that you could send it to someone who was willing to send you cash in exchange but without some kind of postal tracking number its WAY too easy for you to claim the money back as a fraudulent transaction or an item not sent (not saying you would but its a real risk) so I doubt you could get anyone to do it.:A:A:A:A:A:A0

I agree with safesound.
The best ways is for you to verify your bank account on paypal and transfer the money to the account. It's pretty easy and hasslefree. And takes about 10 days to get the acount verified and money posted in.0
