Umbrella That Doesn't Blow Inside Out

Anyone know where I can buy an Umbrella which does not blow inside out.
I need it for a birthday present.

I was on a similar quest before Christmas, albeit it was for golf brolly, and did find some ordinary double canopy brollies, although they are not cheap. Can't for the life of me remember where now, but will do a search and get back to you. For the golf brolly, I can recommend https://www.onlinegolf.co.uk, prices were good and they delivered really quickly.

Have only ordered from kaleidoscope in the past, via mail order, and they are good with delivery, never had any problems there. Not tried the others. Anyway hope this helps. Am quite tempted myself with the brolly at kaleidoscope which is only £13!
