hiya,
We are going with the company CCCS on a DMP I signed up for it online filling out the questionaire and got a web ref, and said that the information pack will be sent to me, this was done on thursday just gone, they have said that my monthly payment will be £595, i have been reading that people get telephone interviews, my question is will i get one of these, and how long does it take for CCCS to get back to me
thanks

thanks0 -
sorry the number 2 post didnt make sense and makes me sound right thick, i am waiting for the debt management plan is this what i have agreed too, on how much i pay my creditors and the budget plan?0

I would presume that it is an overview of all your debts - amounts, creditors, monthly payments to each creditor and your debt free date. Does the CCCS website define the 'debt management plan'?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Hi Lenny
are you with a dmp company like CCCS or Paypla?0 -
sorry should of said payplan0

Hi There
I'm with CCCS on a DMP too - Started on 1st December. I don't think you get a telephone interview if you do it online as you already fill in all your details. The welcome pack does take a while to come and then you make your first payment in cash at a postie. DMP is the standard name for the arrangement to pay creditors a sum towards your debt each month - Creditors do not have to accept it and can continue to chase you for payment etc But I think most recognise the reputable companies like CCCS and payplan and are ok about doing business with them.
Hope that helps
