Can this 'Time slip'. Sometimes whilst watching Satellite I have radio 5 & the radio is about 2/3 seconds ahead. Would this 'time slip' (hold the sound back) for a few seconds so the sound is in sync with the Satellite?
    Nice to save.

    What does it sound like??
The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.

    You missed the :

    Stock Status
    Manufacturer re-work - Grade A stock

So it's a refurb, which might put some people off. Standard 12 month warranty tho.

This is a fantastic radio I can't recommend it highly enough!!! I got mine last yr boxing day (the original one oh got me had awful sound so I made him swap it!). Absolute crystal clear sound and can pause, record and rewind radio although you do need to buy a memory card to make good use of this (I haven't got round to that yet).
The only thing I have heard people say is the on/off button is a toggle kind and some find this awkward but I don't and if you did it would be well worth it for the quality of sound anyway.
Oh and also has a really cute blinking eyes display setting which my kids love!

I bought one from Morgan's at this price a few months ago. Not the most attractive thing, but you can't beat the functionality.

btw. live pause only works for four-five minutes, since it uses internal memory. Recording does goes to the SD card so you can record for hours.

The only difference between an "original" BUG and a BUG "TOO" (apart from a different label on the front) is the software level.

Download the latest firmware into your BUG and you can have a BUG TOO too with all the latest features and enhancements !

The Bug Too has the power switch in a different place - instead of the Autotune button - making it easier to use. Other than that there is no difference between the two. I've had my "Bug" for over two years now and it is a fantastic radio - though applying the firmware upgrade has always been a challenge (mine doesn't like USB 2.0 ports for some reason).

As a previous poster has said, you can pause live radio for about 4 mins (depends on what station you're listening to) but can record to the SD card, and it also has a timer function to record radio shows to SD card (which I find great for R4's comedy at 6:30).

Word of warning - unless the firmware has improved things it is really arkward with the make of SD card it will work with - I tried 3 before finding that the Viking brand works well. This may not be a problem now super-fast SD cards are out but be careful!

Another point is that it is a really sensitive tuner - I also have a Goodmans DAB micro system and the Bug will find stations from a distant mast (Liverpool, I live in Chorley!) that the Goodmans has no idea of.

It is a great radio - just once you get yused to the quirky design! Hope this helps....
