It traces the isp not the email. I log onto both my routers with the same email.
Mind you I can pick up 35 wireless networks from my house -16 of which are unsecured so I am tempted at times!0 -

Do you have to clear cookies or anything first? Managed to get the 2 x Fairy WUL, no Ariel tabs so picked up 2 bottles of the Ariel Gel with Febreeze for £2.00.
The Gillette Venus Embrace are the ones that contain 5 blades, normally £7.50 on offer for £3.75 so paid £2.25.0
