STA Travel Like it and Land It Terms & Conditions
The prize is a pair of tickets on Etihad to Delhi and two spaces on STA Travel's Roam India trip.
Flights and tour are subject to availability. The winner must book a tour which is on a guaranteed departure.
The draw will be held 1 week after the competitions closing date on the final day of each month throughout 2011, starting in February 2011.
The maximum age of travellers on Roam India is 39. If the winner is older than this they will still be eligible for the flight portion of the prize.
The total value of the flight prize is £1200.
The first name drawn at random will be the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts to do so within 48 hours an additional name will be drawn. If no winner has claimed within 12 weeks from the prize draw date after reasonable effort has been made by the promoters to notify the chosen winner, the prize may be forfeit.
The winners will be notified by email or telephone. The winners will receive confirmation of their prize and instructions on how to book no later than within 6 weeks of the closing date. Once tickets have been issued they are valid for flights/dates shown ONLY and cannot be changed. lounge passes and upgrade are not permitted with these tickets.
There is no cash substitute for the prizes and the prizes are not transferable. The prizes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
The promoter reserves the right to make minor changes to the prize(s) advertised.
The winner will be chosen from all valid entries and the judges' decision is final.
The winner must hold a valid passport at the time of travel.
Other costs not stipulated in the conditions such as visas, insurance vaccinations, spending money are not included in the prize.
The winner is required to verify identity and age both before receiving their prize.
By entering into this prize draw, the winners agree that his/her details may be used in post-event publicity including blogging on STA Travels preferred blogging system before, during and / or after the trip prize.
By entering this prize draw, each participant agrees to be bound by these rules.
