pizza base?

in my cupboard i have some flour-mixed with water/eggs or something(!) could i form some sort of "pizza base" ?

    350g strong white plain flour
    7g easy blend yeast sachet
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    225ml (8 fl oz) milk (or water)
    optional – teaspoon of sugar or honey
    optional – 1/2 teaspoon of salt
    optional – 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

    If you've got yeast I'd go with LJM's suggestion; if you haven't, you can do a savoury scone-type base which is also quite nice if not very authentic! This is the kind of thing I had in mind - obviously you can add your own choice of toppings!

    Years ago I used to make a scone-type base, it was something like 4oz flour, 2oz marg and 2floz milk.

    Make fine breadcrumbs with flour and marg and add milk into a stiff dough. I would divide it in 2 and put it into 2 round sponge tins then top with hm pizza sauce ( tinned toms, onions and herbs) and top with cheese. Bake for about 20 mins.

    Don't know if that helps lol.

    Just looked up basic scone recipes and it says 8oz SF flour and not 4oz

    actually,no yeast so will try the scone one-which looks lovely!Sooo trying to use up stores!
