    Shopping Tips
    Don't spend five pounds to dry clean a shirt. Donate it to the charity shop instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning buy it back for two pounds.

    Otherwise, there are promotional qakers oats packs on sale now. Scop included.

    I have had about 3 now. Look out for them next time you are in tesco (I get me porrige oats there).
