News update on debt managment plan troubles

Guess what after they have taken £350 of hard earned cash Bains and Earnst have desided that they cant help me with my debts. And have terminated the contract saying that there is nothing more they can do for us. Exactly what i told them 3 weeks ago.
They told me not to pay my mortgage (can't afford to pay it anyway) and just pay them instead then today they called and i told them what had been said and he told ME off and said "this is a priority debt you always pay this one". then proceeded to ask me who had said this to me and i told him at that point i had already explained my OH had less wages comming in cause of seasonal thing. He advised me to see the CAB good job i did 2 weeks ago and am happily going bankrupt. Yes i loose my house and my dignity (i had to tell my mum!!!) but it feels like a weight has been taken off my shoulders the only thing thing i have to worry about it finding a new house before i loose this one.
Walsall housing group will only re-house me from a hostle so any suggestions would be good dont really wanna take my kids in there. they will no re-house me while my name is still on the deeds nice of um huh. Looking at a house on 16th wether i pass the checks i dunno and wether i can raise £2,000 for the deposit (as they wanted a garantor i'm 26 and the other half is 31) so we had to barter and they upped the deposit instead.
So now i'm cheerful and in debt but happy in the knoweledge that it will all work out for the best in the end
