The prize is 14 kits for the Home strip and 14 kits for the Away
strip. This includes 1 x goalkeeper 10 x outfield 3 x subs. Each kit includes a pair of shorts, a shirt and socks. There are 2 sizes available for the winner to choose from, either medium (children’s size) or large (adult size), no mixed kits will be available. There is no cash alternative

The form has always been there - it says 'scroll down to comp' in OP - but the terms and conditions say: The online entries must be received between 9th May 2011 and midnight on 29th May 2011
so although it will accept your entry, it will not be included

It's true, actually, a lot of their comps are only for residents of Scotland but when that's the case I always put it in the title
