Forgive my ignorance, but what's DAS?
Not the legal expenses insurer I normally associate with those letters?I am a mortgage broker. Sorry DAS is a debt arrangement scheme0

Right. I get it. A Scottish scheme to give debt relief to borrowers.
It's highly unlikely you'd get a new mortgage from a new lender, but there's nothing to stop you asking your current lender for details of product transfers they have available to existing borrowers coming off fixed rates.
Many lenders don't re-underwrite something like this as they are already holding your mortgage and particularly if you're not asking for more money.
Worth a call, or check the lender's website for "products for existing borrowers not moving home" or something similar.I am a mortgage broker.
