Trouble with finance
                    Im new here Hi,
I was looking to get a bike on finance I registered with finance online with activesport.co.uk.
They say on thier application they will get back to you on ( here you choose by phone or email i choose phone)
They never contacted me after 2 days so I sent them an email telling them not to process the application and not to charge me the £50 deposit. Then sometime after about a week they send me the credit agreement which i don't send back.
This was over 2 weeks ago. Now i have my ank statment I see they took out the deposit nearly a week after i emailed them. So i call them and they tell me they have the bike ready for me ?
I then tell them i emailed them...they say they never recieved an email.
I then tell them why they never contacted me on the phone - they say they contact people by email only ( im confused now as they ask you on the application whether you want to be contacted by phone or email). So they ask me to send back the agreement the sent me in the post unsigned so they can cancel it.
Now my problem here is:
They broke thier agreement by not contacting me after 2 days.
They never contacted me at all.
Will I be liable to start paying for the finance ?
Will it affect my credit rating?
Can I get my deposit back ?
Thanks TOM

If you haven't signed the credit agreement then you won't be liable to pay anything.0

Their finance page looks like it was knocked up by a secondary school pupil as a project.
You put your bank details in that? it is https but still............."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0

Yes I know now looking back I shouldn't have put my card details in. I have since replaced my card should this help?
Concerning the deposit where do I stand?
If thats the case with the credit agreement why are they asking for the forms to be sent back ?
hmm I think they will try and charge me if I send the forms back saying I signed0

If you haven't signed a credit agreement then they can't do that. If they do it'll be easy to set straight.0
