uk and foreign owning mortgage capital raising

At the moment i reside abroad and get lots of mail aimed at my isp which has got me thinking about raising some capital to buy another home where i live(in turkey)
There wa sa company called ubiquous mortgages which traded out of spain which seemed to be offering decent interest rates using Japanese accessed funds--it all sounds very risky but i have little to lose as it will be for a third home--anyone know this company and about japanese mortgages(i live in hope)!
