Hello all,
I sent a cheque for £10 a couple of days ago as a token payment for my loan. I've just checked my Lloydstsb acc and found out that they debited o/d interest of £9.47 and £10 for acc charge which means that there is no money for a loan.Should I worry or just put another £10 in my lloyds acc so they can see that I'm not ignoring payments?
Many thansk,
taj

Keep paying them no matter what is my advice. I've got two accounts with Lloyds both in a DMP and they are doing similar things to me right now after being brilliant for a whole year. They are attempting to claw back as much as possible from bad debt and are therefore operating accounts to the letter of the credit agreement. CCCS have apparently appealed to them about it as it's not terribly helpful when you're in trouble but LLoyds are entitled to do it.0
