Need Equifax Contact for Missing TopCashBack Claim

Hi,
I took up an offer via the TopCashback Website last month which was for a 14 day free trial with Equifax. This offered £5.00 cashback on TopCashBack. I have since found that this transaction isn't recorded on my TopCashBack account. I checked my email and I don't seem to have my account numbers that Equifax sent me when I set up the free trial. I need thsese to put in a missing claim with TopCashback. I can't find a relevant contact on the Equifax website to obtain the info that I need. Does anyone know of an email address that I could contact them on?

They only seem to have a form of the Equifax website relating directly to your credit report whuch you need a number. I don't have this and the form isn't relevant to my enquiry. I have simply looking for a suitable email address. Does anyone have any suggestions?0
