Using Tesco clubcard vouchers at Goldsmiths

I have Tesco clubcard vouchers that I intend using at Goldsmiths. I was wondering whether anyone has asked for a discount off purchases and the outcome. Thanks

I went with my sister to buy an Omega watch from Goldsmiths in Southampton. I bagged a near 12% discount, just for asking "Is that your best price?".

She then handed over half of the cost of the watch in Tesco vouchers. They didnt care that she was using vouchers at all.

ETA. Theres a huge mark up in such shops. If you dont ask for a discount, you'll never know. You might be surprised! Just be polite and smile sweetly!

Just bumping this up. I too would like to know, if anyone else has had a good discount. I want a 400 pound ring and have over 200 in Tesco vouchers towards it.
I used to work in a jewellers and we could give 20% discount without having to go to our boss. Anything above that had to go to the boss. So i would be very interested. Please post back OP when you have been in. I will do likewise.

Called into Goldsmiths and asked about a discount but was told that no discount could be given for purchases made with Tesco clubcard vouchers.:sad:

you could sell vouchers on ebay, and then go for a discount lol

Gutted - spent mine instore on Saturday! Was not aware you could order online and pay with Tesco vouchers and also get Quidco. Does Quidco definitely pay out if you use vouchers?

You cannot use Tesco vouchers to pay online, only instore.

I checked Goldsmiths' website last night and you can use the vouchers for online purchases. Can anyone confirm that Quidco does track and pay out if paying with your vouchers so that I can use it for future purchases? Thanks

sorry to bump up this thread but how do i use the vouchers and buy online?
I would like the 14.1% cashback too.

Hopefully i can get 2 x goldsmith vouchers by the end of the month
