I would love to be able to adapt outfits and shoes to get more use out of them but I have no idea what to do.
Is there anyone out here who customises stuff to get new life out of them? I love the shabby chic thread and wonder if there shouldnt be one for clothes and shoes.
I have got as far as dying some jeans black and having a go at some tie dye - first worked well, second not so well.
I have an old demin skirt that I fancy turning into a bag for the summer but I dont have asewing machine and even if I did I wouldnt know how to use it.

To just vamp them up buy some fabric glue and little gems from ebay - you can get a huge bag of them for around 99p stick them over and voila a sparkly new top/bag etc
