  • Yeah I'll second the little Lush giftpacks - already wrapped lovely and you get 2 or 3 things in them. There's a few different types (including one for a guy) all for £4.99. Got one for a work colleague and she loved it.

Bottle of wine never fails too.

I got today for a male present at work a shot glass and table set in Clintons cards.

It was slightly over at £6 but looks pretty good.

Its got naughts and crosses on the glasses and the board is split into 9.

I then saw in a BP petrol station on my way home a Texas hold 'em poker set for £5 with any purchase of fuel or something from the shop.

I used greatgifts.org as per Martins message last year, as I pulled someone out who I know nothing about, apparently he was really miffed - he'd rather have had a box of chocolates or something really thoughtful....! He reads this forum, wonder whether he'll see this that would be a laugh!

When we do our secret santa in work we don't select a person we are giving for it's random. Each gift must cost no more than £3, be unisex and not likely to offend.

My cousin gave scratchcards out to all the guests at her wedding and they were very gratefully received so could be a good idea, especially those christmas millionaire ones - if they are doing them this year???
