Bourjois Mascara and Eyeshadow Kit all for £3.98 delivered

I tried to cancel this last night as i just ordered the eyeshadow set and paid 1.99 then i realised it wasn't as much as a bargain as i thought as you can buy them for round about the same price on Ebay.
They emailed back this morning saying you have to cancel within an hour and that it had already been despatched,even though in an email not long before from them it said it was processing,i doubt it had been despatched by the time i read my email.

Surely an email is enough to cancel under DSR's isn't it,does anybody know ?
