5x joint income morgage

Hi all,


does anyone know of lenders offering 5x joint income mortgages (with 25% deposit if that matters).
So far I've been able to confirm Lloyds are offering it and possibly Accord.

None hopefully if the banks have learnt their lessons from the past.

Accord will go nowhere near 5 x joint! Lloyds I can say are 99% sure to decline 5 x joint. 5 x single income is poss, but not 5 x joint (thats the equivolent of 10 x single income).

You might be better with a scheme where POTENTIAL sub room let income is considered or other schemes aimed at certain occupations.
