Mine came today and shocked my grandaughter as they were alive and wiggling :eek:
she thought it was cruel that they had come through the post,next stop bird table :rotfl:

I recieved mine on Friday, only a few days after I ordered them- very quick service. Although the plastic pot had been squashed in the post and some of them had escaped from a split in the side and were loose in the envelope. Open with care!

My tub had broken too and the jiffy bag was open....poor young postman didn't know what to do! He looked so disgusted!

They could have been in better packaging, imagine if some of those escaped into his bag and into someone elses post!! Eugh!!

I received my pot too. Heard the noise before I opened the padded envelope. lol My pot was squashed too, but luckily none had escaped. As the birds haven't found our feeding station (recently moved in) I gave them to my Mum who was very pleased as will her Robins.

Good of the company to honor this offer. They will probably learn from this & change their site so you have to buy next time they have a freebie.

Glad to say my pot was intact.
Blackbird was a bit dubious to begin with but soon decided that they were very edible.
Catalogue full of interesting items but I thought they were very expensive. As already posted it was good of them to honour the offer.
