Mortgages - Poor Credit - Which Bank?

Hello,

I have heard that certain banks do not care about late payments on Mobile phone contracts or defaults older than 2 years old, etc.

For example, HSBC are supposed to be hard-going on even 1 late payment.

Is it possible if we could get a list together of which banks are most likely to give a mortgage with someone with poor credit?

If you have credit issues you really need to speak to a whole of market broker.

A list of lenders will not help. You need to get to the correct lender which would involve a full fact find.

ignore defaults from mobiles, and ones older than 2 years ?

that will be kensington, who don't deal direct

follow the advice above and find an experience whole of market broker

you will almost certainly require a 20%+ deposit at the very least
