Corner Shop Electricity

Hi There
I suggested to my neighbour that I would post here to see if any other shop owners could offer him advice.
Does anyone else have a small corner shop/mini market who can advise on electricity costs. He is currently running a double open top food freezer, a small ice-cream freezer and 3 display fridges, the only other electric used is lighting, one till and occasional kettle & microwave.
Airtricity are suggesting that he is using 4000 units per month!!!!!
We are just trying to find out if anyone else would have a similar set-up and would be willing to share roughly how many units per month they use - it does seem that there is a problem with his meter, but he has been trying for several weeks now to have this resolved, so hope someone else will be able to help!
Thanks
