Framecraft Frames

I've got a couple of framecraft heart frames (MH1/2) and I purchased from framecraft acetetates to put in front of the design.
Well they've come today and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
They are thick and not the thin acetetate I was expecting and instead of 12 in the pack as advertised, there's 3.
I'm obviously going to ring them tomorrow about returning them but am I right in what I was expecting and for what ever reason have been sent something else and if this is what framecraft can offer, can anyone suggest an alternative .....the designs need some 'protection' !

Yes it definately should be 12. I would have expected thin ones too. Is there any chance they are just really tightly stuck together (probably a stupid question but Ive bought acetate before (not from here) and not been able to get it apart!)0

That was my first thought but can't see that they are...
