Satsuma shower gel £4
Total : £24
Discount : £5

I thought this should be £15?
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get sorted?TIA

Try pressing the update button next to the shower gel on the checkout page repeatedly until the discount shows. Worked for me.0 -
I do not need to place a 3rd order, I do not need to place a 3rd order, oh gosh....¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?
Biting is excellent. It's like kissing, only there's a winner.0 -

I keep telling myself this too!0 -
Thank you for all the tips - just placed 2 orders!! (I WILL put some away as presents!!). The first took a while to get the 3 free gifts but once £20 of items were in the basket and the free products were updated one by one I got there eventually. At checkout it reverted back to having to pay for one of the items but updating the basket and clicking on the item again did the trick. Really pleased and had instant email confirmation for both orders. Fingers crossed!0

From T&Cs:
Qualifying purchases can only be made and Gifts can only be claimed in-store.
That'll be a no then lol fab idea though!
My store (Folkestone) does, just bring in the confirmation email. However, the SA said its the manager's decision so some stores might not stamp the card for online purchases. I rarely go into the store now, I buy everything online especially with all the glitches and codes recently posted on here so big thank you all0 -

Just worked out my three orders cost me £38.14.
I have bought 30 items which work out just over £1.20 each - sO can make nice gift packs with that!Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -
Hi,
Do we know if this is still working as it is only showing the shower gel as free for me.
