I did another few to work address/email but I dont have any more new "cards" to use now and I think they're associating cards with orders - just been on to see if system refreshed at midnight but no such luck was rejected! I have just combined both promotions. i brought the vitamin e collection thats on offer on the main page and added the free gifts. had to add a £2 heart soap to get free delivery. i did use the £5 off £20 spend but it doesnt seem to have taken it off. Still quite a good deal. maybe someone else will be able to get the £5.00 off discount to work.

or you can add a a item worth £7.00 and remove the £2.00 soap. this gives the £5.00 discount and still the same price in total to pay £20.30.

Does anyone know if the Body Shop use Royal Mail or a courier? I'm fed up of DHL turning up when I've just put shampoo on my hair!

Bodyshop use UPS

Depending on the weight they use Royal Mail for lighter stuff and UPS for the rest.

Thanks so much OP. Took me awhile but finally managed to place an order this morning. Got the Satsuma shower gel, Shea Whip Body Lotion, Cocoa Body Butter, Vitamin E Exfoliator, Neroli Body Lotion, Nerloi Body Mist (highly recommended!) and the Foot file for £22. This is my third body shop order in less than a month!

I havent managed to read the whole thread so not sure if this has been mentioned - I know some folks had problems with the basket going back up in price after codes added which was happening to me too. I've noticed that if that happens you dont need to remove and add items again - just click "update" against the free gift items and they revert back to £0.00. I've done two orders now. I really really dont need anymore but am trying to convince myself I could put some away as Christmas gifts!
