Go back to your shopping basket and click on update on the free items - you might have to do this a few times, but they do update to 0.00....

If you are using the five pounds off voucher, make sure your products come to at least £20 (not the free products).

Way I did it was put £5 off in first, then the 3 free gifts, then products you want. Had confirmation email. HTHs

Just got another 2 orders through on work email address and work delivery address/billing address - my card obviously isnt registered to work address but it didnt make any difference - probably because of the 3D secure thing - so if anyone's order has been rejected and you would like anything else that might be a dodge around it - I still got the 3 free gifts through and the £5 off too....

I put all three orders through on the same email address if that helps, but I seriously need this glitch to finish because my willpower is zilch at the moment lol
