Go into your account and delete the LYB card details and save the changes. Then the code box re-appears, although you may need to clear cookies and log in/out again as well.

Not impressed - received my order and one of the free gifts missing, showing out of stoxk. Emailed them and got a response basically saying tough free gifts were subject to availabilty.

Yes i would complain further as on your confirmation it stated the item and also others here have had free items re-sent when they have been OOS.

I phoned them about my missing Mango shower gel this morning on 0800 092 90 90 and spoke to a lovely lady who is sending the items out today, to be delivered by Friday. I find if you call companies you get somewhere quicker :j

I just had my order delivered and all is present! The spa stuff is a little pungent but I'm sure I can find a home for it! All freebies were in there so got shea butter mousturised for work and cocoa butter shimmer + shower gel for home! Great grab it honestly! Should have been a total of £74 if I had paid full price for everything and got it for £21. Thanks so much other poster. Hope everyone is getting there's! PS UPS are not even showing that my package in out for delivery!
