Standard delivery is still showing as free even though midday has passed. Glitch still working (ie 3 frebbies) and so is code.

None of my tracking numbers were recognised but I received all the orders with no problems!

OK gave in and called Body Shop. Those orders who got despatch emails on Friday according to the woman I spoke to weren't despatched until this morning. The UPS numbers are generated by Bodyshop and until they are scanned in at the UPS office they will not appear on the UPS system which is why we can not track them. According to the woman they will appear at some point in the next few days but she is adiment that you get the despatch notice the day before it actually goes out (or in the case of weekends 4 days before). Not very good service if you ask me! Surely you send the despatch as it leaves the warehouse or is that just me being too logical?
