Just got my first order and promptly ordered a second one for £20! Got the 3 freebies and the spa offer so that'll make some good pressies for the next few months : ) x

I need this to end now!! I have had 6 orders so far and can't justify another, but am tempted as someone mentioned the diffusers. Just phoned customer care as one of my satsuma lotions had a broken pump and they are sending out a new one and told me to keep the broken one:Tso will just swap the pump over as doesnt affect the lotion.:) Was a bit nervous phoning as it was free and on the glitch but they were great.

It's baffling isn't it that it's gone on this long without anyone fixing it? I am really tempted to place another order, but really, enough is enough. :D

Oh no, just realised that not only did I not receive my delivery of Banana shampoo, apparently due to there being no stock available, but I have still been charged for it. Anyone experienced this happening to them before???

if you are buying the spa offer you would be as well to add another item/items to the value of £4.50 or higher as you could then use the £25 code. I got the spa offer plus two bags of animal soaps (£3 each) and the freebies for £21 using the code. Deciding what to get now for my FINAL order!

Much as I need to thank the OP, I am with the legion of people who NEED this to be fixed - as a fallen member of the No toiletries bunch (of whom I have seen others taking up this offer !!)

Great work from all those posting how to get the freebies to apply - it's a messy one to get to work. But,it almost made it more of a game in trying to outwit it when the freebies keep getting removed !!
