I'm trying to make another order (only my 2nd!) but I'm having problems. I put the freebies in, then the £5 off code, then the Spa Collection. It took the £5 off but one of the freebies was not free, so I updated it. The freebie became free but the £5 off disappeared and so did the box to put the code in, so I can't reenter it.
I've tried coming out of the basket and then going back to it but I still don't have a box to put the code in.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Not had that but why not try going through Quidco or TCB again and starting from scratch - although I think someone lost their 'box' before but can't remember how they sorted it.
    Good luck.

Update - now ladies - is this way of saying glitch has gone a sneaky way to get me to 'test' it out foer a fifth time!!!

I'm not with Quidco or TCB (yeah, I know I should be!) I went via Nectar and all my items were still in the basket but no code box. If I add and take out items, the £5 off comes and goes but I can't work out why! It won't take it off my final total when I get everything free though.
£20 for the freebies plus the Spa collection is still very good, I know, but I want it for £15 dammit!

You have to spend over £25.50 to use the £5 off code with the spa set.

mummyofonechild, thank you! I actually just realised that, reading back through the thread. Have added shampoo and a soap and it's now £21.
I'm going to pay for it quickly!

Just used the satsuma shower gel and body body lotion and have to say it smells divine. The lotion goes smoothly and absorbs into skin nicely without any sticky residue and the smell is to die for!
Just had to place another order to try out the pink grapefruit shower gel and lotion and also the satsuma body butter (all free). Also ordered a coconut gift cube and 2 coconut soaps for stocking fillers and a bronze shimmer wave for grand total of £15.20.:j

I love the Vanilla range - such a shame they only sell it at Christmas! There is nothing else similar to it that BS sell at present:(

Hmm I thought that would be the case. I've only just opened it and and now know that more of this will be needed. I knew I should have got more in the sale. The hand cream is like having perfume on as you keep getting whiffs of it through the day. A little bonus was that I went to put my night dress on, as the fabric must have absorbed the fragrance as it smells gorgeous - I won't be able to wash it again now lol.
