I am finally getting all my finances sorted, I have been burying my head in the sand for a while now and finally am sorting it.

I need a loan, and as I have very bad credit I dont mind paying alot of interest for this but dont know where to get one? I need the loan to pay off some people I owe money to (family) and other things.

Please help

Thanks in advance

You are going to need to give a lot more information for people to be able to help you.

Such as how much do you need to borrow? are you employed? how much do you earn?
What do you mean by "very bad credit"? what is actually on your credit file? defaults? CCJs? bankruptcy? lots of missed payments etc, you need to be specific for the advice to be of any use to you.

    My apolgoies

I need to borrow between £2000-£3000

I work full time and earn around £18000 a year, my credit file I havent physically seen but I know I have a few CCJ's and many missed payments as some stupid "solicitor" give me advise to stop paying then citizens advice will help sort it, well that never happend.

    I am not bankrupt

Well it's good that you're waking up to the problems, first stage of recovery.

    Strongly recommend two things:

    1. Work out your personal budget/income/expenditure (often called an SOA on these boards.
    2. Get a copy of your credit file now so you can see what the damage is like. Also gives you the opportunity to find out if there are any mistakes on it.

Once you've done those things you will be able to state the kind of credit problems you may have on your CRA file, as well as have a clearer understanding of how much you'll have as disposable income available for debt repayments.

That's really the best starting point I think.
Debt free, moved, got new stuff for the new flat - got everything I wanted and need - now just saving.
