in Cutting tax
Between April 2010 and April 2011 i-
*Claimed jsa from april to august.
*Worked and paid tax at BR emergency rate (when should only have been on standard) from early august to end of september for company A.
*Claimed jsa from october till mid december.
*Worked from mid december to end of febuary for company B.
*And then from febuary to april/present ive been claiming jsa,
BUT
Also remain an employee of company B (however only a casual zero-hours contract employee),
and have have worked an average of 8hours per week for them.
However ive somehow endedup having 2 p45 forms, company B holds my 1st,
but when i started claiming jsa and told them that B were gna hold my p45 for when i did work for them, they issued me with a 2nd p45 form for my jsa.
Its now the time of year again for me to claim my tax rebate, i only earnt approx £6,000 gross during the tax year,
yet paid roughly £1,500 tax,
so am owed £1,500 cash and want it asap!
But who will it be who should be sending me my p60 form (so who i need to chaseup for it), the jobcentre or company B??

Companies can't get tax refunds....
Job Centre may do, but tax office definitely will do.
Whats your other P45 from? You shouldn't have 2. (when you move jobs you hand P45 into new company who then sort your tax out with that P45)0 -
Not sure what you mean by holding two P45s. You say that company B holds one of them and the jsa issued you with the other when you claimed jobseekers, but P45s are not held by anyone and are only issued when you leave a job or finish getting jobseekers. A P45 is a way of transfering tax code, pay details and tax paid details from an old employer to a new employer, it is not held by the new employer, if you move on again a new P45 is issued. However what you should have is your copy of all the P45s you get which are marked as part1A.
As to your question about P60s they should be issued by all employers who have you on their books as at 5 April and the jobcentre if paying jobseekers at 5 April. From your post it would appear that you are due a P60 from employer B and the job centre.0
