I too found this ad on the Jobsite webpage and completed the application form. I'm glad I checked out this site as reputable companies do not ask for a fee. I responded to the email that was sent to me with this reply:
'I would prefer it if you gave me the work first and then the £75 fee could then be deducted from that first wage. As you can appreciate any Company asking for an up front fee has to be viewed with some suspicion. So as a goodwill gesture I am willing to pay this fee only when you have given me some work. If this is acceptable then I look forward to hearing from you'.
You've guessed - I've had no reply0 -
Thank you all, just found the forum on this lot. You have saved me £75.00 Thank you...0

Hi Guys,
I have only joined this site today, so Hi all.
I have been looking for part time work to boost my income and had come across the local courier site myself.
Like the above posts the £75 'joining fee' put me off... so I did a little digging.
I found the contact details of a local courier and got in touch with him - this is the exact response I got from him
'' It's a scam you won't get any work, or your money back. ''0 -
This is indeed scam sadly they got my 75 quid! we notified the fraud investigation team through actionfraud.org.uk and have now recieved a crime number.
SO DEF STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT!0 -
Their site is based on this template http://e-turnkeys.com/0

I love this one. If you go to their web site as a customer and want to send a parcel, the fees are £10 plus £2 a mile. So where do they make their income from? Their courier fees are your fees and they work for nothing I presume. I have seen some good ones in my time, but this one is a cracker. Come to my house for tea, you bring the bread and butter and I will sell you the jam, (which you may have tomorrow).0

This is a scam. The advert appears on top of google search, and the fraudulent advert claims you can earn £350 per day. You are requested to pay £75 to register - DON'T !!!!
It is a fraudulent promise - no calls ever come in and you are £75 lighter.:(0 -
Local courier services.
I have been scammed !!!!!!!!!
Sent £75 on 23/5/11 it is only then that you find out that you are not employed by LCS. Tried contacting them by e mail and telephone with no reply. After 2 weeks and no customer contacts, I attempted to invoke the 31 day money back guarantee by phone and e mail, again no replies. Next step was to contact trading standards who advised me to write to the address in Hatton Garden recorded delivery, which I did and wait for a reply for 15 days. Again no reply but I tracked the recorded delivery letter and have a copy of the name and signature who excepted the letter.
Trading standards had advised if I did not get my £75 back after doing all this my next step was to go to my bank and raise a Visa Dispute, I did this yesterday. When I first realised this was a scam, I contacted all other people in my postcode that had registered with them to let them know about my experience and to allow them to make a informed decision as to whether to continue with this or not.
Can you imagine my anger today when one of these guy's mailed me to saying that another £75 had been taken out of his account, on checking my account this afternoon there is a £75 transaction pending which I did not spend, but my bank can not tell me who has requested it till tomorrow morning. After further conversation with our "colleague" tonight, he found out who allegedly had raised the debit, then made contact and was advised they had not, and the police where aware. Tonight I have had to cancel my bank card, this is a absolute night mare. How can we stop these people preying on innocent victims. This web site needs to be closed down, How do we do this ? Please, Please Please do not touch this company.

I think it might not be a genuine company and it is advised to avoid it and search for other good job opportunities. Many fraud companies have come up in the market and they are looting new people by luring them with job opportunities in their company.0
