I don't know about the Asda one, but the Wilkinson one is absolutely fine and not too thin.

Hiya decorated a room this weekend with it and it took about 4 coats to get good coverage! i would avoid it to be honest unless its just a repaint of a wall already in magnolia x

I've not tried this one, so can't comment specifically, but I have decorated several houses over the past few years and tried various paints. Cheap paint is generally not a great way to save. I found it doesn't apply as well and I find I need to use more so some of the savings are instantly gone, then I've always found it doesn't hold up as well either and it needs decorating again soon enough. After many disappointments with cheaper paint I just buy dulux for everything now. It's more expensive at the time, but it's quicker and easy to apply and it really will last. My kitchen was painted ten years ago and still looks almost new, so if you don't decorate often it's going to save time and money later.

If you live near a b and m they are selling crown paint for around 6.00 a time i bought a gorgeous soft steel one for my kitchen and the same one at b n q is £22 . My friend bought one called rice pudding and he said that's like a deep magnolia . only needed one coat and was the breatheasy kitchen and bathroom stuff too. Big tubs of white and magnolia were 10 quid .
