Makes you wonder why people go to them for a loan doesn't it?

It is weird though, I am quite sure I have quoted from them before and having never been a customer, could only have obtained them from the site itself.

You apply for a loan, they show you the terms and conditions, you decide if you accept them and then the loan is processed if you do.
