i am disappointed i've had one cancelled item and one hot choc dispatched my gift set isnt accounted for on either email :mad:

i would have happily accepted an alternative hot chocolate

The same thing happened to me! I just got my dispatch e-mail, and it doesn't say anything about the gift set, it only shows 1 hot chocolate and 1 instant tea. I still have to pay £7.48 which is really annoying since I only get two items. Especially since I know that they have honoured others who have ordered the gift set...Im sending them an e-mail now...It might get ugly.

Had a email through to say the Clipper Tea pot with the free filter basket has been sent, ( grand total £7.50 ) but no mention of the 3 tubs of hot chocolate ..........uhmmm ?!?

I ordered 1 guilty pleasures and 2 tubs of choc plus a couple of bits of sale china. The guilty pleasures was the free item and is missing from my despatch email! I've phoned then and they have no record of it:eek: they are phoning me back later today
