Same problem here! They said they would send one out free of charge. Then recieved an email saying I would be charged another £5.00 for the luxury hot chocolate that they didnt put in my order!!

It was one of the 3 for 2 items so i paid 7.50 for 2 and 5.00 for 1 :mad:

i got 3 emails from them today

the first one saying the x3 luxury hot chocs that i had ordered and paid for where out of stock , Hmmm they were in stock

then an email to say they were back in stock and sending them out with an invoice for £15:eek:

the third email was to "reassure " me i would NOT be charged extra and to appologise for the delay so heres waiting and seeing

if it has gone to plan i have had 6 x hot chocs and 2 really lovely mugs which were less than half price for £20.50 so will be happy

oooh this week they've got 3 for 2 on all of their nice mugs. Still seems to be running as well as the 3for2 on hot choc and instant tea

Hi Metoyoubear - I just altered my postcode by one letter at the end and amended house name slightly - OK for me as we live in country so postie will know who I am - couldn't do it in town though - unless you put neighbour or friend's address.

just to update my 3 tins of luxury hot choc arrived by fed ex today , am assured there will be no charge , may try code with second order now the white choc is to die for

I have had similar issues jammy dodger.... (see previous post) my latest update is that I have now recieved 2 of my requested tins. I emailed asking to replace the OOS tin with a mint tub, which i have a dispatch email for and not recieved and then i emailed back to discuss the item that didnt appear on my order and was also out of stock, again offered chance to chose a substitute, which arrived today?!. However since then I have had an email saying i'll be charged yet originally was told i wouldnt?!

I ordered green tea with discount and free delivery I paid 1.50, receiveiv order confrimation and after two days when I thought that soon I will be drinking tasty tea a received email that all tea is out of stock.very dissapointed it takes them two days to check they stock.Not impressed at all.
