You might want to ask the BG on this forum to move your post across to the ebay one (see my sig)

However to avoid bidders you don't want you need to have all your seller preferences set to exclude them, full details in this post:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1623183

However now that you do have these winning bidders and assuming item is under the airmail compensation limit of £46 then standard airmail will be the only real option , just remember to keep your certificate of posting for a few months in case item fails to arrive and you need to refund buyer and reclaim from RM.

In the first instance though you need to work out your postage costs here:

    http://sg.royalmail.com/portal/rm/PriceFinder;jsessionid=RTQOHQJCGXXHAFB2IGLENZQ;jsessionid=RTQOHQJCGXXHAFB2IGLENZQ?catId=23500532&gear=pricingcalc

and send an invoice. Do it quickly though before the buyer pays your UK rate (which is possble if you didn't list the non UK rates) as then it gets messy and complicated.

If the auction specifically states that it is only open to bidders in the UK, then I usually contact the buyer and say that I will ship it abroad for them but they will have to pay the extra to cover postage costs.
