Eye masks for sleeping - any recommendations?

Hi everyone
I've noticed that the morning light is waking me up a bit earlier and am thinking of trying an eye mask to block out the light. It doesn't need to block out 100% and it needs to be pretty comfortable/light. I don't have a problem at night, so would probably just slip it on at 6 am (and getting earlier!) when I am woken up by the light so I can get another hour in!
Anyone have any recommendations - I'm looking for something up to £15.
Thanks

I got one from Boots only a few pounds. I think they are in the travel section.DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

is it any good? I'm wondering if travel ones are suitable for sleeping in - do they slip off or have lumpy bits on the sides? (this wouldn't matter if you are on a plane!)0

Yes they're fine, in fact the ones we use now are the ones we were given on the plane as they are soft and comfortable. But the Boots ones are fine too.DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

I like the ones with 2 thin elastic straps rather than one thicker one, as the thin straps go across different parts of the back of your head and they stay on moreCogito ergo sum. Google it you lazy sod !!0

I work nightshifts and travel quite a bit so have worn eyemasks quite a lot over the years. I just got a new one from M&S its a lots more comfortable than some others I have used as its moulded round your eyes, its also adjustable to suit the size of your head. It cost a fiver - you can see it on the M&S website and in the stores its with the holiday stuff. It blocks out most of the light as well.
Before that I had 2 much loved old eye masks from Matalan - just cheap ones but much more comfortable than more expensive ones which I found too tight and gave me a headache.0 -
You can get them from ebay for 99p. They have the thin straps too so more comfortable.0

I was using one which came with a comfort pack on a long haul plane journey. I would pop it on when I woke up in the early hours. However, I was waking up with indentations on one side of my face where the mask was. Not a good look. Think creased pillow marks!
I have stopped using it now and just put my head under the duvet to block out the light. It is not dead light in my bedroom as I have blinds and lined curtains but putting on the mask had got to be a bit of a habit.0
