· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online as stated on ‘Loose Women’ (the “programme”).
· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button at 11.00 a.m. as stated in the programme.
· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website no less than 3 working days after the programme.

Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS Phone - call 09012 931 941 and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will be considerably more.
· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63303 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each text costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.
· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 5 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.03.
· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number.

I've had similar problems with these comps but find that if I click on capatability view, next to the refresh icon, it opens the page up. Hope that helpsPositivity is the key to success0 -
