Don't pass his details on. It could put you at risk of more violence.
Put in writing to each firm that the debtor no longer lives at the address and that you will consider any further attempts to contact him at your home harrassment.
Send the letters by recorded delivery.
If the contact continues see CAB for help.0 -
if he get a criminal record he looses his job so i am not scared of that to be honest plus i am nowmiles away from him0

I got letters from McKenzie Hall and Robinson Way for an ex... I phoned them and gave them the last known address I had for him, along with his mums address. If you do have details I'd pass them on, preferably in writing as Opinions4U advises.nitelite2010 wrote: »i am now miles away from him
So you moved away, and he has never lived at the address you are at now? If so, check you credit files for any financial link to him and have it removed - this could be where they're getting your details from.
Good luck, hope you get it sorted xHere to offer help and advice, and maybe take a little in return.
Whilst I am happy to share my knowledge, I am in no way a professional... I can not therefore accept responsibility for inaccurate info, I ask that you take professional advice rather than rely totally the info provided by myself :beer:0 -

so have you moved out of the house you shared with him and your still getting letters and debt collectors calling?? i would not bother doing any running around for them, they get enough commision so let them so the leg work, id carry on returning letters to sender...0 -

Your post was difficult to read due to the nonexistant punctuation. You will find you'll have more people helping you if you write with proper spelling/grammar/punctuation, thats all.0
