I think I read somewhere that you can earn up to £350 per month as rental income from a lodger without paying any tax (but partner would have to declare the £150 above that). Also she does not have a mortgage so no problem there.
My question is more to do with what I would have to show the OR to satisfy them that I am living as a lodger?0 -
